I have been working as a C.O.A for the past (almost three) years when I was asked if I would like to enroll in this course. Moving into an office manager role for the past year, I thought it would be a good idea, though I didn’t think it would help too much.

Now having gone through the course I am glad I did.

I feel more confident in my communication, administrative and leadership roles. I feel more involved in how the office is ran with my gained knowledge, and am able to take accountability in my role.

I feel no matter what role you play in your career, this will be a good course.
