This was like a weekend away with my friends, that is how close everyone became. I love the informal environment of your island (especially the screened in porch) and to have learned/facilitated this experience here was so much more impactful. I can see why you love doing it here. Chiropractors are a different breed so it was easy to become involved in the exercises that would transform us.
