I cannot express my gratitude for the experience at the retreat. It was definitely life altering for me. The sense of contentment, peace and internal joy that I felt and still feel is beyond words. I have always been determined and hardworking and start to look ahead. Been satisfied seemed to be equal to complacent for me. Looking back, I can’t fully tell you how I came to this realization and conclusion but somehow I realized at a deeper soulful level (I always knew intellectually) that life is a journey, I am who I am supposed to be at this time, and where I am supposed to be at this time. I am very ok with who and where I am now and it feels amazing!
