I just wanted to take this time to thank you and your team for doing such a thorough review of Westheights Chiropractic. This valuation was much more in depth and easier to understand than the valuation done by SRJ accountants. Mike was a great help with answering any questions I had in regards to the valuation.

After speaking with Mike on the phone this past Wednesday, I’m very excited to get this process rolling. Mike had mentioned that before I submit a letter of intent, that I should sit down with Bob and get an idea of what his plans are moving forward (how long he wants to stay on, how many days and hours he wants to work, etc.). These questions will ultimately affect which avenue I will choose to take in regards to the negotiations.

With the negotiation process, I am now looking for guidance on what to do during this process. I had mentioned to you on our phone call that I would like to hire you to help Bob and I find a common ground. In our brief discussion we talked about things like, letter of intent, if Bob stays on what a fair associate percentage would be, writing up the contracts, etc. Would you be negotiating on behalf of myself, or would you be a mediator?

Also, I am looking into your coaching program during this crucial transition in my career. I’ve done some coaching programs in the past and I’ll be honest with you I was just a number with some of these guys and they couldn’t even remember my name or where I practiced. We currently have a lot of flaws in our systems and procedures that need to be fine tuned due to the continuous growth of my practice.
