Whether in life, business, or even nature itself, adaptability is key to surviving in the long run.
It’s not the strongest animals that survive the longest, or the largest trees that thrive through the rough seasons; the thing that makes up a strong creature is how flexible it is.
And this pattern is true for business as well.
You can have the most profitable business there is, but if you’re not prepared to make changes to your systems when times call for it, you’re in for quite the rough patch ahead.
On the flip side, if you have a business that’s able to adapt quickly to significant changes, it doesn’t matter if you make the most profit, because you’re in it for the long run.
