I have really loved the coaching that I have done with Tom over the past 2 years. He is a genuine and loving person who really cares about who I am and what is important to me. He tailors our coaching to what I really need in each moment, not only to what I need to work on in my business. This kind of flexibility is really important to me and it has allowed us to address some deep and poignant issues. I feel very comfortable with Tom and I am able to talk to him about any and all of my concerns. I don’t have to be afraid of judgement from him and he is always willing to share his own personal stories about similar issues he has had in the past.

I love that Tom is more than a coach, more than a healer; he is a father and a husband and he puts a very high value on these things. His values are very much in line with mine in this respect. He is real. He does not pretend to be up on a pedestal. He is just a man with more life experiences than me and some great advice, who truly cares.
