What leadership capabilities should you possess in order for you to be considered a great leader? What are outcomes assessments and how will they motivate your team members to achieve their goals?
If you’re a team leader, chances are at some point or another, one of your team members will be unable to do the work that they’re supposed to, and it will mean that they’re not able to achieve their outcomes.
They’ve got to learn new skills or change their mindset in order to achieve the outcomes that you need, and that’s where you come in!
Great leaders don’t tell people what to do. Instead, they give them the opportunity to succeed by giving them the right outcome and tools and provide them with feedback on their projects. Bad leaders on the other hand, just give orders on the things that need to be done, without providing any help or assistance whatsoever.
The first leads to innovation, while the second one creates followers that have no capabilities for creative thinking.
