One of the biggest headaches in healthcare recruitment, particularly for chiropractors, is knowing how to get quality support staff. In today’s video, I suggest how you can solve this employee recruitment problem in your healthcare practice.

Never hire team members. Only RECRUIT them – know the difference.

Hiring team members is basically the same as settling for less than what you want. When you hire, you try to squeeze your requirements into the staff options that are presented to you. You only consider those who come to you for the job.

This is not a good place to be because it leaves you with limited options, and you end up settling only for what’s there. What you want is to have a super qualified pool of candidates who you can pick from according to the specific needs of your practice.

Put together the ideal demographic and psychographic requirements of the role you’re looking to fill, and look for the people who meet those criteria. Don’t be afraid to approach those people, and let them know all about your employee recruitment.

Don’t ever settle. Instead, create your rules for healthcare recruitment, so you can find the exact talent, capability, and skills you’re looking for in your support staff.
